The mentoring program helps learners get to know themselves better through understanding their strengths, weaknesses and thinking patterns. The aim of the program is to facilitate personal growth. The process is game-based and therefore fun and challenging, while at the same time providing deep insights which encourage performance improvement and promoting self-awareness and enrichment.
The Mentor Program- Personal Growth process
As part of the mentoring process, the participant works closely with a certified Accelium coach.
The process begins with a game-based test which maps skills.
In the initial session with the mentor, the test results will be presented to the participant. The report includes personal insights and an emphasis on strengths and struggles. At the end of this session, the participant will set both personal and professional goals.
The 3 subsequent sessions will be based on the learner and mentor's areas and skills to develop tools and strategies for performance improvement and growth.
These sessions are based on three steps of the Accelium method:
1- Playing a strategy game
2- Extracting insights / strategies and concepts
3- Implementing and transferring them to everyday life
